TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. General

AccessHome.info is the property of Access Home SC, Inc. All reference to AccessHome.info is effectively meaning Access Home SC, Inc.

These terms and conditions apply to AccessHome.info Refer-A-Friend Program ("Program"). By referring a friend or family member who meets AccessHome.info registration requirements, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by AccessHome.info General Terms and Conditions listed here, and the AccessHome.info Terms of Service (collectively, the "Program Terms and Conditions").

Referrer and Referee will both receive a $500 referral reward, when the Referee has successfully completed the home purchase process that they were invited to be part of by the Referrer.

There is no limit on how many times you can win a referral reward, so referrer is encouraged to refer as many qualifying friends as they desire.

Both Referrer and Referee will be notified by email about their $500 referral reward within the 4-6 weeks following the successful referral (ie. account creation and closing of home purchase by Referee). All other terms and conditions listed here remain the same.

2. Program Participation

The Program is available to all current contacts in our customer database who currently receive periodic emails from Access Home and refer a new friend or family who do not have yet an account created with AccessHome.info and who purchase a new home. Rental homes and rent to own homes are not eligible for this program. AccessHome.info reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Program at any time. The Program is only available online at AccessHome.info. Internet access is required for participation in the Program. Current AccessHome.info contacts who initiate a referral on AccessHome.info are defined as "Referrers." New contacts who become an AccessHome.info participant upon accepting a referral is defined as "Referees."

3. Eligibility

You must have a current existing AccessHome.info account to be eligible for the Program, to make referrals, and to receive referral rewards. The Program is only available for AccessHome.info contacts. Excludes AccessHome.info rental homes, rent to own homes, employees or persons associated with the company, its sister companies or related network of companies. To make referrals, you must:

1. Create a referral account on AccessHome.info.

2. Enter correct, true, and verifiable complete name, email address and phone number of a Referee.

3. The Referee must not have an existing AccessHome.info account.

4. Referees must acknowledge they have been referred by the referrer to be eligible for the Program.

Participation in the Program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation. The Program is only available through AccessHome.info. You cannot earn a referral reward for referring someone who is already an AccessHome.info contact, or for referring yourself. Referral new account activation must be new to AccessHome.info.

If the person you have referred is already an AccessHome.info contact, they will not be able to claim that they were referred by you, and neither of you will receive a reward for the referral. You can only accept one referral; you cannot accept a referral from more than one person.

Referrer's existing account registration at AccessHome.info and referral messages sent to a referee must be prior to the referee's submission of a new account.

There is no limit to how many eligible referrals an existing AccessHome.info member can make per calendar year.

AccessHome.info reserves the right to void any referral reward based on the following: (1) ineligibility of any Program participant, (2) fraudulent activity, or (3) if AccessHome.info, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.

Both Referrers and Referees can opt out of program by opting out of text and/or email at any time.

4. Reward

As a referrer or referee, you will be eligible to receive a $500 referral reward for each new account activation followed by a campaign signup. Referral rewards will be fulfilled by AccessHome.info. They will be sent to the email account associated with your AccessHome.info account. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery after new-member activation and campaign sign up by the referee. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for payments of any kind without explicit permission from AccessHome.info.

5. Tax

You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Program.

6. Void Where Prohibited

This Program is void where prohibited by law. The program is available in the geographical area that AccessHome.info is licensed and operates.

7. Additional Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a reward or disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Program in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your participation in the Program. AccessHome.info products are subject to additional terms, conditions, and other restrictions.

By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless AccessHome.info, as the operator of the Program, and its affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and rewards are provided "as is where is". THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, THIRD PARTIES RIGHTS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT WILL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF ONE PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
